how did I get subscribed to about 30 non-english, unknown jaiku members? maybe a bug on the database side? removing them all now.

Found comments (thanks @scottw) on FriendFeed that solves a big hole. FF is now the way to go - then it doesn't matter where u post updates

I can see my friend twitter posts, but can't reply back to them, and still not SMS notification from Jaiku - I'm getting there though.

ok - i'm getting jaiku smarter - just found the web feeds, and importing my twitter+friends atom feed. This solves half the problem.

I can't acess Jaiku via SMS. For some reason the msg comes with a "dismiss" softbutton only, so there is not a msg to "reply", anyone else?

@scottw i agree a key would be nice, but the single api key is nicer than username/pwd. I guess it's the same thing if you only have 1 key

I like that Jaiku as an API key to give out to the 3rd party sites. I've always hated giving out my twitter password.
